ICT KIDS CONFERENCE

What is the price for the conference?      $95 incl GST

 

Do students need supervision during the conference ? While the students are within their workshops they are under the supervision of the presenter but we would like teachers or adults to attach themselves to a workshop. There will be opportunities to wander around and see what is happening in the other workshops. Students will need to be supervised by their teachers or parents during morning tea and lunch as the presenters need to be given a break.

 

Do students need to bring morning tea & lunch?   YES- they need to bring food and drink for morning tea and  lunch - just like a normal school day.

 

What days are the conference on?    Wednesday  22nd &  Thursday 23rd May 2024

 

What are the hours of the conference? 

Wednesday   9am - 3pm   with a three quarters of an hour break for lunch.

Thursday       9am - 4.30pm ( Showcase from 3.15 ) with a three quarters of an hour  break for lunch.

 

What age group is allowed to go?    years 5 to 8.

 

Are we having a showcase?   YES - we will be holding an ICT Conference Showcase on the Friday between 3.15 - 4.30 pm. This will be an opportunity for teachers and parents to see what exciting work has been completed during the two days.
